These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. This website is run by Filakaar, a proprietorship of Jagdish Chhaganlal Patel, 603, Himachal, Juhu Lane, Opposite New India Colony, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400058. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping, Returns, refunds and cancellations and Privacy policies.
Using the website
- Please give accurate details when you order or create an account.
- Keep access to your email account secure, since we use it to sign you in.
- Don't misuse the website, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our products
- Every item is 3D printed to order. Photos and colours on screen are a guide: printed items have fine layer lines, and colours can look slightly different on different screens.
- Sizes and weights are approximate.
- For personalised items, please check spellings carefully. We print exactly what you enter.
- We may refuse personalisation or custom designs that are offensive, unlawful, or use someone else's trademarks, logos or copyrighted work without permission. If you send us a design, you confirm you have the right to use it.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees. Product prices are shown before GST. GST and shipping are added at checkout. Cards from outside India are charged in rupees, and your bank may convert the amount.
- The total you pay, including shipping and GST, is shown at checkout before you pay. Totals are rounded to the nearest rupee.
- You can pay in full, or on eligible orders in India pay an advance and the rest in cash on delivery.
- At the moment, orders are placed through our website and confirmed on WhatsApp. We send our UPI details on WhatsApp, and you can pay by UPI or bank transfer. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
- We'll email you a GST invoice when your payment is received.
- Orders delivered outside India: import duties, taxes and customs fees in your country are paid by you, not by Filakaar, and aren't included in our prices or shipping charges.
Your order
Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item can't be made, if a price was shown incorrectly because of an error, or if we suspect fraud. Cancellations, returns and refunds otherwise follow our Returns, refunds and cancellations policy.
Our content
The designs, photos, text and logos on this website belong to Filakaar or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Liability
We're responsible for supplying the products you order as described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute can't be settled by talking to us first, the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
